Your value isn’t just your experience, skills or education. It’s the difference you will make when a company hires you. How well do communicate and prove your value during job search?

You have thousands of opportunities to communicate your value during job search. Are you clear and concise? You can also provide proof of your determination, versatility and personal attributes by taking certain actions during your search.

From this point forward, YOU are in charge of ensuring everyone you meet and even your new boss clearly understands what problems you solve, who has benefitted and how you do it uniquely.
