The Jobvite Social Recruiting Survey 2012 was conducted online between May and June 2012. Over 1000 people across the globe completed the survey in response to an email invitation sent to a registered list of human resources and recruiting professionals.
Results Speak Volumes
Here are the highlights of responses from HR and recruiting professionals:
- 92.4% use or plan to use social recruiting
- 43% of recruiters who use social recruiting saw an increase in candidate quality
- 73% have successfully hired a candidate through social
- 31% of recruiters using social have seen a sustained increase in employee referrals
