This week, there was a lot of media attention covering Amazon’s tough work culture. Initially highlighted by the New York Times article which featured stories about white-collar employees’ grueling hours, crying, etc. Bezos told workers: “I don’t recognize this Amazon and I very much hope you don’t, either.” And so, many other employee’s, including David Lee, who worked at Amazon for a couple of years, came forward to tell their side of the Amazon story.
