We all despise spam, junk mail and those ridiculous chain email messages that say- forward this along to 10 of your friends… but sometimes, just sometimes, there are some good messages that come from what we might perceive as “junk”.
Take, for instance, this reminder which was embedded at the end of one of those chain email messages I recently received:
Life is short. Occasionally bend the rules. Forgive quickly. Kiss slowly. Love truly. Laugh uncontrollably. And never regret anything that made you smile.
As you embark on your week, I hope these words ring in your head and your heart.
I hope they serve as a reminder for you to be the best you can possibly be.
I hope you chose to fight those fights that are worth winning (not all of them are).
I hope you give selflessly to those who ask and those who do not.
I hope that when it seems like the world is against you and the future looks dark, that you are able to live in the present and cherish what you have.
