Ghosts. Are they real? Have you ever seen or heard one? How strongly do you hold your belief? What would change your mind?
Children don't need to see ghosts for themselves to believe in them. They may or may not be afraid of ghosts based on the stories they have heard about them.
Children will believe almost anything. In their minds, anything is possible- including ghosts. Perhaps their minds are untainted by the practical grown-up world. Perhaps their minds are uncluttered. Whatever the reason, we have a lot to re-learn from them.
Children believe that they can do almost anything and be anything. Why have you stopped believing that? What changed in your world to strip away the un-limiting belief?
If you have seen a ghost, you are a believer. If you have seen the perfect job, company, you are a believer also. Just because you haven't seen it, doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
We have to continue to believe. We have to be open to the idea that we don't know everything. We have to be willing to learn and accept that sometimes there are mysteries bigger than we can understand. And we have to re-learn how to believe!
