It is hard to say exactly how long this recession/depression will last. I am sure there are experts who think they know, but do they really? We are living in a world where things are changing so quickly-quicker than ever before in history. If the experts are basing their hypothesis on historical data, is that applicable to today's world?

- Find balance in your life. Nothing in excess is good for us.
Watch and ask yourself what does this mean for me?
