The greatest weakness of human kind is not being able to see the future. Some people say they can predict the future and I’ll admit, I’ve had my palm read and had my fortune read with Taro cards looking for answers or a glimpse of something better down the road.

One of the biggest challenges for job seekers is to envision their destination. Getting clear about where you want to go and what you want to do is just plain difficult.  It would be so much easier if you could look into a crystal ball.  I don’t have a crystal ball and I can’t wave a magic wand and produce the answer.  What I can do is share stories of people who have transitioned out of job search and into a new job.

Amy Cavalier is one such job seeker who recently secured a new job.  You can read the interview on HerRochester.  What makes Amy’s story so special? She was confident and focused on what she wanted to do next.  She embraced social media tools to help her develop new relationships.  Plus, she is interested and interesting!

Just remember why you took the job you are currently on especially if you are in Home Business of any kind.

The most common concept is that you wanted to do something you want at your own pace – so do it! :)
