Have you ever noticed that some people seem to have more bad luck than others? Sure, we all have an occasional set-back. That’s life. But the people who bounce back after a fall are my heroes! What can you do to bounce back better?

An affirmation is defined as a statement or proposition that is declared to be true. While it may not seem true at the moment, your affirmation can sometimes turn things around! If you believe it, why shouldn’t everyone?!
How Do They Do It?
How does someone who has experienced a string of bad luck or suffered an incredible blow manage to carry on, or better yet, thrive? That would be the million dollar question and there are loads of people trying to figure this out. Is it our brain, our personality, our spirituality, or is it a combination of all three?
You may not have been hard-wired to be an optimist or have been given the tools to cope, but many believe positive affirmations can help spur the right thinking. (A healthy lifestyle can’t hurt either!)
How Do I Do This Affirmation Thing?
It isn’t all that difficult. You are training your brain. When you repeat a phrase or thought over and over again, you are essentially reprogramming your thought patterns.
